Email & Landing Pages Development for Bernstein Private Client Marketing
Motivation
Bernstein’s Private Client Marketing team needed a streamlined, consistent, and responsive email and landing page system to support their financial communications strategy. With campaigns targeting high-value clients, their communications required both technical reliability and brand excellence across all devices and platforms.
My Role & Contributions
As an Email Developer Consultant, I focused on strengthening Bernstein’s digital outreach through the Pardot marketing automation platform. My work included:
- Designing and developing branded email templates optimized for desktop and mobile responsiveness
- Building campaign-specific landing pages tailored to targeted financial offerings and client needs
- Authoring a comprehensive Pardot training manual to support onboarding and internal training for the marketing manager and broader team
- Maintaining and troubleshooting the Pardot platform to ensure campaigns launched smoothly and data captured correctly
- Collaborating with marketing and IT teams to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and uphold branding standards
Challenges
The main challenges were adapting custom-coded assets to fit within Pardot’s platform constraints and ensuring templates remained flexible enough to support a range of financial content while still meeting stringent compliance and branding guidelines.
Results & Success Metrics
The work led to a significant improvement in campaign consistency and responsiveness, reduced email turnaround time, and empowered the internal team with tools and documentation for ongoing success. The Pardot training manual I created became a core resource for future team members, streamlining onboarding and platform adoption across the department.
This project highlighted my ability to bridge technical development with internal training and platform support—contributing long-term value beyond the initial development cycle.
